If 3 tiles of one type are available and one has switched the choice from one pair to another, subsequently undone and redone the choice, then all 3 tiles can be deleted.

The attached screenshot shows the result, though not the cause.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.

This is fixed in version 3.8.1 or higher.
