The window List applet takes up all panel space to the right of it.

Steps to recreate the problem:
1. Place a window list applet on any panel.
2. All panel area to the right of the edge of the applet is taken up by the
applet.

expected results:
1.window list applet should only take up the amount of space necessary to
list all programs being used.
