Description Bastiaan 2014-04-18 22:44:20 UTC
Hi Dimitri,

We had mistakenly added a backslash after \addindex, which Doxygen does not like one bit.

Best regards,
Bastiaan.

Confirmed. Should be fixed in the next GIT update.

The crash regarding the extra \ (backslash) after the \addindex is solved.

When I take from the installation the install.doc and place a \ (backslash) after the \addindex of installation and the \addindex of flex than the first is mentioned but the second one is silently ignored and installation and flex does not show up in the pdf index.

Note: placing a / (slash) after the \addindex command results also in a silent ignoring of the of the \addindex command (in case e.g. a 's' is place after the \addindex command, so \addindexs, than this is noted) and no mentioning in the pdf index.

Since the bug report was specificly for the crash and not such much about handling user errors, I've closed the bug report since it has been addressed in 1.8.7.
