There are a number of UI issues in the 3.12 version of the linked accounts dialog:

 * No separators between each list row.
 * Too much vertical space between the contact name and the account name.
 * Contact name is too big - should use the standard font size in bold.
 * "Unlink" buttons are too tall. They should have the standard button height.

A screenshot is attached. You can compare it with the current mockup:
