Description Walter Garcia-Fontes 2014-04-05 16:53:50 UTC
When extracting from an audio cd and the album information can't be found it allows to edit the fields by hand. When changing the artist field at the top it should automatically change the artist for every track as well.

If the user does not change the artist name for every track as well the the track will be imported under the default "Unknown" artist name to the library. This can lead to confusion where the user expect to see the tracks under the artist name afterwards in the library but instead it is under "unknown". I think in most cases the artist name at the top and the artist for every track will be the same, not so?

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and Rhythmbox 2.97.
