If I try and download a file with a name that already exists then when I try and save it I get the overwrite confirmation dialog. However if I confirm the overwrite epiphany still wont overwrite the file. In the download bar I get a message saying that the download failed as the file already exists. I'm using epiphany 3.12 an Arch Linux.
