[PATCH] Create shortcut Ctrl+N to open a new top-level window

I guess we had Ctrl + N as a shortcut to open new top-level windows before the last big re-design. Anyway, I've caught myself pressing Ctrl + N in order to open new windows in newer version of Gedit.
