1. Make sure GNOME app is removed from Facebook applications list for a user
2. Add a new Facebook account, log in

Result: "Your popup is too small to display this page" window appears

Other developers use 420-450 minimum heights to overcome this (https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/2167)

Reproduced on gnome-online-accounts-3.12.0-1.fc20.x86_64 (F20 + gnome 3.12 copr)
