Testing 3.11.91 on Fedora Rawhide: when I remove an application using Software, a generic application icon is left in the overview (including in the dash if the application was added there).

Launching the app results in a notification that reads:

“failed to execute child process “/usr/bin/firewall-config”

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
