Description Jo Wetzig 2014-03-17 00:38:06 UTC
Greetings,
there appears to be a regression from V 2.4.13 to 2.6.2 in the German version for Mac.
In 2.4.13 you could set accelerator keys (in German "Kurzbefehle") by the Mac OS X system settings keyboard panel (Systemeinstellungen > Tastatur > Kurzbefehle).
In particular you could set the view of transactions "one-line", "active full view" and "full view" in the view menu (third from the left, to the right of the EDIT menu) to respond to e.g. Cmd-1, Cmd-2 and Cmd-3 respectively (I do hope these are the correct back-translations of the German Menu "Ansicht" entries).
You still can set them, they are displayed in the menu, but they no longer respond (mouse-clicking the respective entries still works).
Strangely, Mac OS X recognizes both GnuCash V 2.4.13 and 2.6.2, when assigning the accelerators to the menu, even though they were declared only for V 2.6.2 in the system settings panel.
More strangely, accelerators assigned in the accelerator map file, e.g. refresh (Cmd-R), display AND work in the view menu.
