Description PushCompiler 2014-03-16 22:13:34 UTC
If I try to open a file with unicode in path (folder or file) I get error like this:

[ GIMP Message ]

Opening 'C:\...\???.jpg' failed: Could not open 'C:\...\???.jpg' for reading: Invalid argument

In the message are all unicode chars replaced to '?'.

The same way it don't work with drag and drop a file to gimp-2.8.exe.

If I look at the task manager, then I see correct path in command-line column. It looks like gimp can't get unicode chars from command-line parameters.

System: Win7x64
