Currently clipped redraws do not work at all when running native wayland (on KMS).

Bugs are actually in cogl, clutter and mutter-wayland. 

I got it working here with a hacky way but need to get proper fixes out (some are already filled).

OK so we only need the changes from bug 726341 and http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/cogl/2014-March/001614.html to get it working.
