Description Gustau Pérez i Querol 2014-03-12 14:01:04 UTC
The freedesktop spec states that XDG_CACHE_HOME should be used to point where non essential user data should be stored.

When building brasero and setting XDG_CACHE_HOME to somewhere like /tmp (for example) it touches $HOME/.cache instead (usually /root/.cache). This happens in our build system but does not happen with other packages (brasero unrelated) like clutter-gst (this one touched /root/.cache and setting XDG_CACHE_HOME fixed the problem).
