At what stage do you get that issue ?

I had this issue even with the binary distribution file.
The problem occurs when compiling/linking using Visual C++

I guess we should ship the patch in cerbero, but it sounded like there were some problems with it from Dan's comments.

I think you should push for a solution in libsoup.

Marking as WONTFIX for GStreamer for now, but happy to revisit once the right solution is clear.
