Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Epiphany (rawhide or gnome jhbuild built)
2. Choose 'New Window' from the app menu

I reliably get a segfault. Note that this only happens when I choose the option from the app menu; pressing Ctrl+N opens a new window as expected.
