Got a bit lost in your bug tracker, not sure if this is correctly categorized - sorry!

From http://www.gtk.org/download/win32.php there is a link to download the zlib sources for the appropriate version: http://www.zlib.net/zlib127.zip for GTK 3.x, http://www.zlib.net/zlib125.zip for 2.x. Both the zlib.net links are 404. I'm not sure where the links should now be pointing, presumably there's a new location somewhere.

Partly fixed: the GTK3 link now points to 128, but the GTK2 link still says 125.
