If I choose the "Inform of submission" or "Rework needed" option under an uploaded file, the send message box gets checked by default, which is good, as this is a big change.
If I choose the "Submit to repository" option, the box is not checked, although the effect is pretty similar to the "Inform of submission" options.
I'd like to request that to change this behavior, so that choosing the "Submit to repository" option would check the box.
