non-fullscreen

Example video:
http://shapeshed.com/examples/HTML5-video-element/video/320x240.m4v

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open video in firefox

Actual results:
We have 2 time-bars (old-style and new-style). On new-style we can't change time/move to other point, etc.

Expected results:
We have one time-bar (new-style). We can change position of video, look right time.

Additional info in attached screens.
