GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 725107
matroskademux: reverse playback and video stream switching failure
Last modified: 2014-03-03 14:46:19 UTC
When attempting to play in reverse or switch video streams within a mkv file the playback will switch state to READY. The pipeline can then be returned to the playing state but then if a seek is performed the pipeline will not resume playing. Switching video streams works the first time (although the pipeline freezes) but a subsequent switch plays then freezes after a couple of seconds. After this, the pipeline becomes unstable, sometimes seeks work, mostly stream switching works but the pipeline will often freeze after a second or so. This seems to have been fixed by the same commit that https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=725104 Can you confirm?
Marking as a duplicate of #725104 according to comment from the other bug confirming that it now works on master. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 725104 ***
