Description André Klapper 2014-02-24 10:30:56 UTC
I think I understand the historical thought behind ("Glib/GTK version 6.13 was released in GNOME version 8.32") but nobody ever sets that manually (if at all it should be automatic), noboy ever really queries for it (<citation needed>), and I fail to see a convincing usecase for it.
Comment 1 André Klapper 2015-01-03 22:33:37 UTC
Set "is obsolete" on
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/editfields.cgi?action=edit&name=cf_gnome_version but
that might break other stuff which relies on it in GNOME's custom extensions.

Probably needs discussion first.
Bug 588347 would collide with this one.

Comment 3 André Klapper 2018-06-16 13:26:01 UTC
After https://wiki.gnome.org/Initiatives/DevelopmentInfrastructure , GNOME is moving its task tracking from Bugzilla to GitLab at https://gitlab.gnome.org/ as previously announced in https://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2018-May/msg00026.html . See https://wiki.gnome.org/GitLab for more information.

Hence closing this ticket as WONTFIX: There are no plans to work on Bugzilla.
