when turning off bluetooth on top panel it disappears from that menu

Click on panel status icons 2. click on bluetooth 3. turn off Actual results: bluetooth submenu disappears from that menu Expected results: bluetooth submenu is present there (as turning off wifi) Additional results: some screens in attachments
