The following pipeline doesn't work : 

gst-launch-1.0 gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=path ! matroskademux ! h264parse ! vaapidecode ! vaapipostproc ! videoconvert ! xvimagesink

Following the src caps information, the vaapipostproc should produce raw frames. (BTW : Sad that this component doesn't provide GL caps as vaapidecode).
