ok evince only look like rest of the gnome 3 apps, but it doesn't use the new headerbar;

The toolbar is cluttered with the drop down %100 zoom; and < > history buttons which can be put into a button list like gears or spanner button;

the only trouble I'm having is no close [x] button when maximized. Maybe with the port to gtkheaderbar, it will come.
