Description Alduin's Khajiit 2014-02-17 18:00:45 UTC
reproducibly: always

when opening png files that have Korean text as filenames it always errors out as "opening <file path> 하나지방의_포켓몬센터_애니.png failed. could not open <file path> 하나지방의_포켓몬센터_애니.png for reading. invalid argument."

always does this until you rename the file to English letters
