Valencia 0.5.0 can't be built against anything:

- It requires Vala-0.24, which is the target of GNOME 3.12
- It requires Gedit >= 3.8 BUT <= 3.12, as it depends on gedit-panel.h, which is no longer present in 3.12

AS a consequence, building valencia on a 'regular' GNOME 3.10 stack won't work (missing vala 0.24), building it on a GNOME 3.11.5 stack won't work, as gedit-panel.h is no longer existing.
