This is not a specific bug but rather an observation. I've noticed that since the 2.6.0 release performance on the Mac has suffered considerably. I'm noticing it takes about twice as long for the program to launch and also taking much longer for the program to write entries. I was hoping that the 2.6.1 release would address this slow down but no luck. I'm on Mavericks 10.9.1.
