merge patches from my current openbsd ports tree

Hi.

This libgtop patch brings OpenBSD a bit closer to what FreeBSD does.
It helps diffing for differences and/or missing functions which are
currently stub-only.
Also we make sure to use and build mountlist and fsusage from the
sysdeps/openbsd directory instead of the common one.

Modified code only touches OpenBSD specifics, no common change is made
so the change is safe on other platforms.
Successfully tested and working with GNOME 3.10.2 on OpenBSD current.

I agree with the direction of the changes in general, and the proposed patch in particular.
