Created attachment 267653 [details]
screenshot showing the non-localized items in Accerciser's object tree

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch gnome-calculator in a non-english environment
2. Launch accerciser and explore the accessible tree

Expected results: The accessible names of the (non-numeric) buttons would be localized.

Actual results: With the exception of exponent, the accessible names of the (non-numeric) buttons are not localized. As an aside, there are also underscore characters in multiword names. See attached screenshot.

Impact: Because the accessible name of a button is expected to be an end-user-consumable string, Orca is presenting non-localized button names to end users.
