Thank you for your report. The problem (or more precisely - problems) have been reported before and partly solved.

The part about the /99999999 end is due to a rounding error that happens only on Windows. See bug 721825 for more details. This fix will become available in the 2.6.1 release this coming weekend.

The other part - that prices are displayed as fractions in the first place - is the topic of bug 410060. I'll mark this bug as a duplicate.
