_NL_MEASUREMENT_MEASUREMENT is used in modules/cal-config-weather/evolution-cal-config-weather.c, but it is not available on system which does not use glibc.

There is a relevant and closed bug in libgweather.

Thanks for a bug report. I chose a similar approach as the folks from libgweather, in the below commit.

Created commit 83ddf07 in evo master (3.11.5+) [1]
