This file will cause image corruption to appear during seeks, which is a problem for nonlinear cases (like that pesky video editor :)

Such files are expected to be unusable for rendering since it's not "play from the beginning to the end of the source file".

I see the same result with all TS from the Android CTS, plus I notice that the seeking is completly inaccurate.
