We use version 1.1 for GNU FDL, which is with this address.
The question is, can I modify the license file?
Gnote documentation was written mostly by other guy, so I guess I'd have to ask his permission to upgrade the license, I don't know whether such trivial change qualifies as license change?

This one comes from pkg-config (file is generated). You should fill a bug for pkg-config, if you haven't yet.

I don't get this one, so probably fixed already (external component).

This one should be reported to intltool.

Latest GNU FDL 1.1 as published in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/fdl-1.1.txt
has 51 Franklin St, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301 USA

Not sure about this. Maybe we can bring this to #721455 to get some concensus?

Updated to this one. We have no exceptions, so the license "as published by FSF" is valid.
