The recommendation for this is use the following text, instead of an specific postal address:

You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
along with this program; if not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.

The GPL 2 page at the FSF website does not give that text:

Only the GPL 3 page (and presumably pages of the other v3 licences) has the link rather than the postal address.

I would rather not update the addresses unless the FSF office moves again, or if the GPL 2 page at the FSF website is updated.

It's ok for me.

I thought the text was valid for both versions of the license, but if v2 hasn't it, we can leave it as is.
