In the menu “Help > About” the link http://www.gnucash.org won’t open.

Russian locale.
The translation of teh program message: “Failed to show the link. No registered application for processing of this file.”

This problem has been fixed in our software repository (r23739). The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.
