Description benjaoming 2013-12-27 14:48:05 UTC
Currently, selecting Publish or CTRL+SHIFT+P will do nothing on my system (gnome-ubuntu 13.10).

The reason is (I think) that Shotwell was built for a specific Ubuntu account handling thing, and now when dependencies are missing, I just get an error on the command line output:

(shotwell:26646): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_app_info_get_commandline: assertion 'G_IS_APP_INFO (appinfo)' failed

(shotwell:26646): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_spawn_command_line_async: assertion 'command_line != NULL' failed

I would suggest a GTK dialog saying "Sorry, couldn't start Gnome account handling -- not installed."

Cheers,
Benjamin
