If gpk-update-viewer is not installed, as in Fedora 20, the Details panel nevertheless attempts to launch it when the user clicks on Install Updates, which silently fails.

(gnome-control-center:4752): info-cc-panel-WARNING **: unable to launch Software Updates: Failed to execute child process "gpk-update-viewer" (No such file or directory)
