The "Add"(+) and Selection Button (hook) should in the headerbar and the trashbutton in the edit area should have accessible names.

1. Enable Screenreader
2. focus the buttons with keyboard
result -> orca say just something like "button"
exept -> orca should able to say a plausible name (like "add" or "selection mode").

This is already done in gnome-boxes:
