geary inbox is not displayed properly

OS: Linux Mint 16, Petra
HW: Dell Xps 13, 2nd edition

I've installed Geary and I can't see the inbox properly, a visualization problem make alle the lines too close to see the inbox. 

no ctrl + "+" or ctrl + "-" helps in mastering the zoom of the inbox
