Evolution always crashs if I add a contact with the same name as a existing contact. It's the same if I add contacts from VCards. 

I use evolution 3.8.4
at ubuntu 13.10 64bit

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.

The links at this page aren't correct. I were always only asked about I'd like to create a new page.
I tried to run a virtual machine with Ubuntu. The bug has occurred too.

In any case, logfile shows eab_contact_display_get_type which was lately fixed in bug 659890. Marking as duplicate.
