Reproduce Steps:
--------------------------
rm -rf /root/.cache
rm -rf /root/.gstreamer-1.0/*
setting gstreamer folder path and export them
export PATH LD_LIBRARY_PATH PKG_CONFIG_PATH GST_PLUGIN_PATH
gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/root/media_tools/decoder/bitstreams_vc1/SA00079.vc1 ! video/x-wmv ! vaapidecode ! vaapisink sync=false

This will exit with the following detail logs(refer to Log output part).
However, we tried mplayer call bypass the following commands:
mplayer -nosound -fps 30 -vo vaapi -va vaapi /root/media_tools/decoder/bitstreams_vc1/SA00079.vc1
This works normally.
