Patch: Add Navigate dbus method

Hello,

for presentations having different views on the presenter's display is useful for me (I use latex to build two separate files and want to navigate through them simultaneously).

Since I did not find a good way to control evince remotely I added an interface using dbus (patch is against evince-3.10.3). This allows me to send navigation commands to both evince windows (using a small program).

I would like to see some form of remote control capability in the official evince release, so I'm suggesting this enhancement. Thank you for you consideration.
