Searchable id: yorba-bug-7591
Original author: Jim Nelson
Original description:

When the user first starts Shotwell with an empty library, they see a Folders
entry in the sidebar (with no icon, to boot). Like Tags, Folders should be
hidden until it has something available to show, which should happen as soon
as a photo is added to the library.
