(The "target version" field is the version in which we plan to fix a bug, not the version in which it was observed.) #### #2 Updated by Lucas Beeler over 1 year ago Hi Molosba, I think this is due to you exceeding your Picasa Free Storage limits. Picasa has a fairly complicated storage limits policy in which "small" photos don't count toward your storage limit (Google defines a "small" photo to be less than or equal to 800px on the long edge). You can read all about the policy here: > [http://support.google.com/picasa/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1224181](http:/ /support.google.com/picasa/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1224181) This is still a bug, because Shotwell should correctly handle the situation in which your storage limits are exceeded and display an informative message. So could check to see if indeed you are at your storage limit and report back here? If so, then I'll rename this bug "handle Picasa storage limit exceeded errors." #### #3 Updated by Lucas Beeler over 1 year ago * **Subject** changed from _publish on Picasa_ to _Publishing to Picasa Sometimes Fails with a 403 Error_ #### #4 Updated by Adam Dingle about 1 year ago We never heard back from this user, so I'm going to assume that Lucas's assumption was correct. Renaming ticket accordingly. #### #5 Updated by Adam Dingle about 1 year ago * **Subject** changed from _Publishing to Picasa Sometimes Fails with a 403 Error_ to _handle Picasa storage limit exceeded errors_ #### #6 Updated by Adam Dingle about 1 year ago * **Subject** changed from _handle Picasa storage limit exceeded errors_ to _[strings] handle Picasa storage limit exceeded errors_ #### #7 Updated by Adam Dingle about 1 year ago * **Subject** changed from _[strings] handle Picasa storage limit exceeded errors_ to _handle Picasa storage limit exceeded errors_ * **Target version** deleted (<strike>_0.13_</strike>) --- Bug imported by chaz@yorba.org 2013-11-25 21:58 UTC --- This bug was previously known as _bug_ 5680 at http://redmine.yorba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5680 Unknown Component Using default product and component set in Parameters Unknown version " in product shotwell.
