Original description:

GNOME Online Accounts lets the user log in to some of the same services we
support in Shotwell. So we might want to use GNOME Online Accounts for these
services so the user can share one login across multiple desktop applications.

Needs infrastructure changes in the authenticator abstraction; We need to support more than one account per service for proper support
