Original Redmine bug id: 3449
Original URL: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/3449
Searchable id: yorba-bug-3449
Original author: Clinton Rogers
Original description:

Currently, we watch the user's library directory for new content, if they have
this enabled, but nowhere else.

It might increase user-friendliness if users could specify a series of
locations that we should watch for new images, and automatically import them,
with a confirmation dialog if the user desires it.

Picasa offers the ability to watch multiple directories and yes, at some point
we might too. If we do this, it would be convenient to have a folder tree in
the sidebar (#1594) which could display an emblem for each watched
directories.

I'm less sure about putting up a dialog each time we discover new photos in a
watched directory. If the user declines to import, we'd have to tombstone the
associated photos to make sure we didn't prompt over and over for the same
photos. That might be OK but, still, I think the whole point of auto-import is
that it happens automatically. If the user wants to manually decide for each
new set of photos, maybe they can just import them manually.
