Original description:

1) Select a photo or video and rapidly click on the Publish button up to ten
times.

2) Dismiss the Publishing dialog by clicking Cancel.

Another Publishing dialog opens up right behind it.

If you do this enough, Shotwell can actually crash. This is a regression
introduced by my removing the glue code from the publishing start-up logic.
Upping priority to critical.
