Original Redmine bug id: 2102
Original URL: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/2102
Searchable id: yorba-bug-2102
Original author: Bruno Girin
Original description:

Add to the publish wizard the ability to publish to FTP, SSH or WebDAV
servers. This would be particularly useful to web site administrators who
typically need to upload documents to a remote file system.

Additional requirements to consider for this use case:

  * Ability to have several FTP/%(=caps)SSH%/WebDAV targets. This would probably mean re-factoring the way the target selection currently works to enable users to define publishing accounts, each using a specific connector and associated credentials. Such re-factoring would have other benefits such as giving users the ability to handle several accounts of the same type, such as several Flickr accounts.
  * Option to resize pictures when publishing (and potentially store resizing preferences on a per-account basis).
  * Use Gnome keyring for credentials.
  * Integrate with Nautilus to offer default targets from the list of Nautilus bookmarks.

Document how to do this using Export and GVFS mounts. Not worth the effort of implementing this ourselves. Maybe worth thinking about unifying export and publishing in some way, since export is just a local publish (or publish a remote export)
