A couple of contacts appears in my contacts list that appear to have
originated from my Spam folder. The Spam folder should be blacklisted from the

I've extended this to blacklist the Trash folder as well.  This isn't to suggest that we remove contacts if an email is moved to the Trash, simply that if the only reference to the contact is from an already-Trashed message, it's not added to the contacts table.
