Original description:

The user should be able to save an image embedded in an HTML document with a
remote (i.e. `http:` or `ftp:`, etc.) URI.

Since the image is loaded by WebKit for display, it makes sense for the client
to use WebKit to download and save the file, especially since the data may
come out of WebKit's cache.
