More spacing in Welcome dialog

Created attachment 366460 [details] Welcome dialog in Geary 0.12 I've attached a screenshot of how the Welcome dialog (or Add account dialog) appears on current Geary. First of all, there's no icon anymore. I don't think that the space is too cramped, but maybe a little bit more of right margin may help. Perhaps the dialog and text could be just a little bit larger.
I think the welcome dialog is changing as part of Bug 714104, so adding a dependency on that.
